Erica Clark is a recipe developer and tester, food writer and food stylist. After graduating from both New York University and The Institute of Culinary Education, she spent almost 10 years honing her skills as a food editor at various national magazines and websites such as Food Network magazine, Parents magazine and iVillage.

In June of 2014 Erica created Stone Kitchen Creative. She works out of the kitchen in her 1920's stone home in Cortlandt Manor, NY where she lives with her husband and 2 dogs. 

Erica is self-motivated and detail-oriented. She will work with you to develop high-quality food content to fit your brand.
